Kata Noi Beach - Phuket
Located on the southwest part of Phuket, Kata Noi was ranked as for years been ranked as one of the best beaches in the Pacific.

Kata Noi means literally the smaller Kata Beach. The Kata Thani hotel occupies most of the beach front of the beach, but all beaches in Thailand they are open for the public. The beach area has hardly changes the last 20 years - the hotel was built in the 1980s and the area still has much of its old charm.
As with all the western beaches on Phuket, swimmers should be mindful of the strong riptides which prevail during the monsoon season. Still, Kata Noi is generally one of the safer beaches. The water is also very clear from late November until April.
Kata Noi is quieter than Kata and Karon to the north. Many fish inhabit the rocks and corals along the beachless shoreline stretching south. The beach has excellent conditions for snorkling.
